BE MORE TIDY does not offer financing for a new International Master Territory. The purchase price is nominal. Many franchises around the world charge as much for a single location franchise as we do for the rights to the entire territory/country. We are looking for people who can make the investment and have some cash flow money to get started. A very large percentage of our Master Owners own Multiple Locations. This speaks volumes about the attractiveness and viability of our program.

You are right, the cleaning industry is very competitive. Through the sales of Unit franchisees, our Master Franchisees are able to attract people into the cleaning industry (as business owners) who would not be there looking for employment. These franchise owners (“PEOPLE”) have “PRIDE” of ownership which results in unequaled “PERFORMANCE” to their customers.

This winning combination has resulted in thousands of happy customers around the globe. Some of the more notable events and facilities which Jani-King has serviced include the Dallas Cowboy’s stadium in Texas, hospitality and cleaning services at the 2014 World Cup Games in Brazil (FIFA Award Winner), and hospitality and cleaning services at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (just a small sample of daily events happening around the globe each day).

A person who is sales minded and understands how to do business in the selected territory. You do not need to know how to clean (we will teach you that). You will need to sell franchises and cleaning service contracts. A big factor in the success will be your desire to visit with people about the opportunity of being an independent business owner (franchisee) and to deliver a high level of service in the cleaning industry (to customers).
You will need to rent an office in the territory. You will start with a small office and increase the size as your operation grows. Most offices start with a small staff of 1 to 3 persons. You will also need to purchase some equipment & supplies to conduct franchise training. Part of the initial training is to teach you to keep overhead low and let the cash flow from your business pay for the growth of your company.

The initial franchise fee secures the exclusive rights to operate in the defined territory (Country or Metropolitan Area). Jani-King has perfected a system of operation over the last 48 years (The “BE MORE TIDY System”). You will be given specific training, manuals, coaching, and guidance to run the Jani-King system in your market place.

We train you over a period of 6 to 8 weeks (non-concurrent). We help you market and sell you first franchisees. We also help you market and sell your first customers which are assigned to franchisees who provide the cleaning services. The money Jani-King makes from selling the territory is short lived. We will not consider it a successful operation unless you continue to grow each and every year.
